At Flatirons Overland, we do our best to get your order packed, shipped, and on its way as quickly as possible. Please review the details below for information about processing times, shipping options, tracking, damaged or lost packages, and international shipping.
Shipping Locations
Flatirons Overland currently ships to the United States and Canada.
Free shipping is available on eligible U.S. orders only. Canadian orders do not qualify for free shipping and may be subject to additional customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges.
Shipping Rates
Flatirons Overland offers free shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order size, destination, and available carrier options.
Canadian shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and package size.
Shipping Carriers
Flatirons Overland ships using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the size of the package, destination, and available shipping options.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, holidays, sales, product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Unless a product is specifically listed as a pre-order on the product page, items listed for sale are generally in stock and ready to ship.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline listed on the product page.
If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will typically ship together once all items are available. If you would like your in-stock items to ship separately, please contact us through our Contact page after placing your order.
Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
Delivery Estimates
Flatirons Overland does not currently offer expedited shipping.
Delivery timelines shown at checkout or provided by the carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
Canadian shipments may take longer due to customs processing and international transit times.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent automatically when a shipping label is created.
Please note that this does not always mean the package has been scanned by the carrier yet. Tracking information can take 24 to 48 hours to update after the label is created.
Packaging and Sustainability
Flatirons Overland makes an effort to reduce the environmental impact of shipping whenever possible. We use recyclable packing materials and support carbon-neutral shipping efforts to help offset the carbon impact of shipments.
Packaging may vary depending on the product, order size, and available materials, but our goal is always to ship orders safely while reducing unnecessary waste.
Multiple Packages
Orders typically ship in one package. In rare cases, an order may ship in more than one package depending on the items ordered, packaging requirements, or fulfillment needs.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
Flatirons Overland is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or other carrier-related issue, we can reship the package once the customer pays the additional shipping cost.
Returned packages will be held for 30 days after we contact the customer. If the customer does not pay for reshipping within that time, the order may be refunded minus the original shipping charges and any applicable costs.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost, marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be stolen, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery issue.
Flatirons Overland insures all packages and will file the insurance claim after we are contacted. Customers may be required to answer questions or provide additional information as part of the insurance process before a replacement can be issued.
Please check with household members, neighbors, building management, mail rooms, or the carrier before contacting us about a missing package.
Damaged Packages or Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
Flatirons Overland insures all packages and will file the insurance claim after we are contacted. Photos may be required as part of the claim process, including photos of the damaged product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage to the box or mailer.
Customers may be required to answer additional questions as part of the insurance process before a replacement can be issued.
International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Flatirons Overland currently ships internationally to Canada only.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other fees required by their country or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Flatirons Overland is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
